Kanina nakapaglakad ako ng dlawang ikot sa block sa tapat ng bahay namin kasama si baby. Sa tingin ko, masyado nang matagal ang aking hinintay para maging ready sa pag-eehersisyo. Medyo nahintay pa ako ng lagpas isang buwan bago ako nagsimula. Hindi ko masasabing nagsimula na ako nang lubusan. Sapat na yung nagsimula na akong mag stretching ng hita at maglakad nang dalawang ikot sa block sa tapat namin.
